DIGITAL PLANNER

What is a digital planner?

A digital planner essentially mimics the foundation of a physical planner, however, it is used on an electronic device, such as an iPad. Our digital planners are PDF documents containing hyperlinks that allow you to navigate between pages and sections seamlessly. These are imported in PDF annotation apps, such as Goodnotes or Notability, and customized using pen tools, text boxes, and anything else your creativity can come up with.

TROUBLESHOOTING

How do I download and import the digital products?

You will receive a user guide with your purchase with step by step installation and how tos. OR you can refer to this setup guide video that walks you through the process.

Please note, the setup guide uses Goodnotes as a reference, however, other apps with follow a similar process.

How do I use the hyperlinks?

Make sure you have "read only" mode turned ON in the Goodnotes app. This will allow you to use hyperlinks to navigate your planner. If the hyperlinks still don't work, please reach out via the contact form so we can help resolve the issue.

Why don't I have an option to download the digital files?

To download the files, you will need to be using a browser, not app. If you are still unable to download the files, please reach out via the contact form so we can help you resolve the issue.

Why does it say "unsupported file type" after importing into app?

This issue often arises when trying to import a .ZIP file into your annotation app. Please ensure you have unzipped the file before importing. You will then be able to import the PDF file, .PNG files etc.

You may also run into this issue when using the Goodnotes elements .collection file for digital stickers. To avoid this, click on the Goodnotes ICON instead of "open in Goodnotes" when sharing the file. (refer to the user guide included with purchase for step by step installation).

How do I install a font on my iPad?

You will need a third party font installation app to complete this process, such as iFont. After downloading the .OTF file, open it in the iFont app and follow the guided prompts to complete the installation process.

If the font is not working correctly/showing up in your annotation app (Goodnotes etc.) please try restarting the app so it can update and refresh.

If you have any issues getting the font downloaded, please reach out via the contact form so we can help get the issue resolved.
